New Look. Same Spirit.

We’re proud to unveil a vibrant new look for our club—one that honours our past while embracing the future.

Created in collaboration with a talented Aboriginal artist, Toneya Campbell, the new uniform pays tribute to our traditional design elements, reimagined through a contemporary Aboriginal artistic lens.

This design brings together bold colours, meaningful patterns, and modern styling to create a timeless look that celebrates our community spirit, cultural connection, and love for the game. It emphasizes unity, teamwork, and pride while honoring the Redbacks' history. The result, created by a local Indigenous artist, is culturally respectful and visually striking netball dress that embodies the club’s spirit and legacy.

We can't wait to see our teams take the court wearing it with pride.

Red Vibrancy of the dress design

Vibrant Red – Celebrating Club Pride and Spirit

The rich, vibrant red is a cornerstone of the club’s identity, evoking passion, energy, and pride.

Aboriginal art often uses vibrant colours to tell powerful stories, and incorporating this vibrancy in the design ensures the artwork remains bold and impactful.

This colour represents the fiery determination of the team, while tying the design to the club’s long-standing traditions.

Spiders web

Spider’s Web – Honoring Club History and Identity

The spider’s web is integral to the identity of the Redbacks, symbolizing the club’s history, resilience, and strength.

It represents the interconnectedness of players, coaches, and supporters, much like the threads of a web working together to form a cohesive whole.

Incorporating the web pays homage to the club’s name while grounding the design in symbolism that reflects unity and perseverance.

Circular images

Concentric Circles – Signifying Unity and Connection

The concentric circles represent places where people come together, which perfectly aligns with the essence of a netball club: fostering teamwork, community, and unity.

These circles also reflect the shape of a netball, creating a subtle yet meaningful connection to the sport itself.

The design reinforces the idea of the club as a meeting place for people of diverse backgrounds, coming together for a shared passion.
